Campbell Memorial Church is a member of the Presbytery of the James (POJ), in the Synod of the Mid-Atlantic, within the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)

Campbell's governing body is the session of which the pastor is the moderator. Campbell has serving elders, but does not have deacons. Three of the serving elders also serve as Trustees.
